Job Description Hybrid - realistically, 3 days minimum in the office. overseeing 5 people. Being on client sites will vary. At first they'd wanna be out in the field w the sales team regularly. Expectation is driving the sales goal of the branch with the team attending the meetings w clients, closing deals, developing strategy and partnership with operations & what their strategy is, assisting the team and being there to forecast monthly what the team is doing, & what the expected sales is for the team.
