Overview Sales Manager The Sales Manager is responsible for business development in all Market Segments for the designated Golden Nugget Location. The Sales manager will be responsible for targeting the most profitable Transient, gaming and group opportunities based on the day of the week, pattern, and seasonality. Responsibilities Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures. Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees. Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service. Responsible for the solicitation and booking of group convention and travel industry business involving the handling and processing of individual accounts from solicitation to servicing, including group resumes. Participates in sales trips and trade shows, as assigned. Conducts self as a professional to the general public at all times. Performs any other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred. One (1) to three (3) years minimum experience in hotel sales with established clientele list. Excellent persuasive selling skills required.
