As the Sales Manager – Hospitality at the Hilton Garden Inn Silverstone, you'll be working at a prime location on the start/finish line of the Hamilton Straight at the world-famous Silverstone Circuit, home of the Formula One British Grand Prix.

\nGenerating and nurturing relationships whilst selling world-class hospitality to everyone you meet with passion and positivity will be at the heart of this role.
\nHospitality progamme planning for the hotel, and working with clients on their operational plans for them to deliver a success event
\nThroughout this extraordinary experience you’ll be working collaboratively alongside Silverstone Circuit to develop the marketing, sales generation, inventory management and client management.
\nWhat will I be doing?
\nAs Hospitality Sales Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n· Proactive Lead Generation: Generate and convert hospitality sales leads for premier events at Silverstone, including the Formula One British Grand Prix, MotoGP British Grand Prix, and Silverstone Festival.
\n· Enquiry Management: Swiftly respond to all enquiries.
\n· Relationship Building: Forge strong relationships with Hilton Worldwide Sales to drive national and international sales accounts into the hotel for event hospitality.
\n· Sales Proposals: Craft and present compelling sales proposals to clients.
\n· Reporting: Deliver insightful weekly sales reports for stakeholder review.
\n· Client Hosting: Enthusiastically host clients on event days and at other business-related events.
\n· Hospitality Programme Planning: Innovatively lead the planning of hospitality programme to deliver a world-class hospitality experience to our guests.
\n· Administration and Marketing: Dynamically oversee the administration and marketing of our hospitality packages.
\n· Stakeholder and Supplier Liaison: Proactively liaise with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure we receive the full benefit of partnerships to enhance our hospitality offer.
\n· Interdepartmental Cooperation: Collaborate seamlessly with other departments in the hotel and suppliers to create an exceptional guest experience.
\n· Customer Service: Promptly and professionally answer customer queries.
\n· Brand Collaboration: Strategically liaise with Hilton Brand, PR, marketing, and e-commerce departments to ensure our hospitality offering is included in any brand campaigns.
