Position Overview
As an In-Home Sales Manager, you will be at the helm of a dynamic sales team, driving revenue and coaching your team to success. You’ll play a pivotal role as a Leader, Coach, Motivator, and Teacher, ensuring the continued growth and achievement of our sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the Inside Sales Team by reviewing and optimizing scheduled appointmentsRun leads as needed with a sales representative for training and skill developmentProvide on-the-spot assistance during home appointments, supporting your team in closing salesRegularly review individual and team performance, taking proactive steps to meet targets and goalsEffectively manage cancel-save appointments to maximize sales opportunitiesPartner with the rehash manager to reconnect with leads and secure additional salesLead ongoing training sessions to continuously improve team skills and performanceSet clear, actionable sales expectations and ensure alignment with company objectives

What You Bring to the Table:

A minimum of 5 years of proven success in Home Improvement Sales, with experience in the 1-Day Concept preferredAt least 2 years of experience in Sales Management, with a strong track record of developing and leading teamsOutstanding leadership, organizational, communication (written, verbal, and presentation), and interpersonal skillsA high level of technical proficiency, including iPad presentations and managing electronic contractsA passion for coaching, motivating, and helping others succeed
