Responsibilities + Achieve revenue targets and maximize performance. + Develop and implement effective business development strategies to expand market presence. + Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. + Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of success and accountability. + Oversee the use of Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics. + Collaborate with marketing to align strategies that support overall business objectives. + Engage in outside sales activities, building relationships with potential clients and partners. + Ensure exceptional customer service standards. Essential Skills + Proven experience in a sales role within the Construction, Electrical, Plumbing, or HVAC industry strongly desired. + Strong background in business development and outside sales techniques. + Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals. + Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to outstanding customer service. + Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is highly desirable. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Sales background in Construction, Electrical, Plumbing, or HVAC is strongly desired. Work Environment Office environment with outside visits to current clients and prospective clients. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The position will likely be hourly for the first 6 months, with the opportunity to collect commissions afterward. The commission rate is 5% of sales. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $34.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
