Location: Hybrid. 4 days a week remote and 1 day a week in our office in Bucharest, Romania.
Main responsibilities:
Coordination of the Sales Representative team and support to its members to generate new business directly as well as indirectly.Communication with clients.Acquisition of new clients.Monitoring of market development from the point of products, distributors and competitors.Presentation of products.Support of marketing actions e.g. trade fairs.Creation of reporting, benchmarking and sales statistics.Cooperation with marketing, customer service, demand planning, finance and other departments.Active enforcement of legal, health and safety regulations in his team.Creation of sales policies.Requirements:
At least 5 years of practical and management experience in sales or in a customer-oriented business.Preferably product knowledge in professional power tools and hand tools, Industry or building sector.Fluent in Romanian and English.Highly motivated, results-driven, strategic thinker, with strong leadership and business fundamentals.Commercial expertise and awareness.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work at multiple levels.Confident communicator with good experience of delivering presentations to a variety of audiences.Demonstration of positive team player spirit and cooperative sales skills within the organization.Flexibility to deal with a constantly changing work environment including remote and in person leading and new methods and ways of working.MS Office knowledge.Driving license B.We offer:
