Key Responsibilities:
· Clinical Excellence: Promotes clinical excellence by educating others on the importance of incorporating in-depth clinical, procedural, and product expertise in alignment with customer priorities to develop innovative solutions that address current and future needs.
· Business Accumen: Understand, coach and guide others in incorporating financial acumen (pricing, impact of pricing, volume), analytics, and JJ and customer business expertise, including operational practices (marketing, account management), to create insights for business and account planning and ensure alignment with the overall regional or global strategy.
· Healthcare Ecosystem: Navigates and translates changes in the external environment (value-based healthcare economics; delivery and payment models; market dynamics; regulatory, legal and healthcare compliance requirements; industry; supply chain efficiencies), JJ, and the customer’s competitive landscape to quickly adapt sales strategies and identify opportunities across regions/area.
· Strategic Stelling: Educate others on aligning the JJ MedTech selling process with each customer’s needs and priorities to build demand and identify new business opportunities. Leverages JJ MedTech resources across the matrix to guide sales execution, including resource allocation and account management best practices, to deliver sales results.
· Negotiation: Coach's others in applying advanced negotiating techniques that leverage an understanding of stakeholder’s strategic needs and JJ’s offerings to create long-term internal and external partnerships. Gains commitment and maintains long-term partnerships in complex negotiations, resulting in the successful creation of compliant business proposals and/or objectives that are mutually beneficial.

· An MBA or a relevant postgraduate qualification to enhance leadership and business management skills is preferred.
· Fluent English.
· The qualified candidate will have outstanding interpersonal and customer relationship-building skills.
· Analytical thinking, results oriented, teamwork and collaboration, integrity. Prior experience in sales roles with knowledge in the sales process, customer relationship management and performance metrics is required
· A solid background in sales is crucial, often with a minimum of 5 years working in sales or a sales-related role is required
· Prior experience in managing or leading teams, even in non-sales roles, is preferred
· MedTech market knowledge is preferred
· Demonstrated track record of success in achieving sales targets or leading teams to meet sales goals is preferred
