Sales Manager Growth (SMG)

The Sales Manager Growth (SMG) is primarily responsible for working closely with and supporting the Branch Vice President for the District in recruiting and growing market share. The SMG will focus efforts on the myriad of tasks around recruiting and growth including, calling potential recruits, setting recruiting appointments, managing the CRM, and supporting the BVPs social media presence. The SMG plays a critical role in achieving business goals while promoting extraordinary customer service.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Support the BVP recruiting efforts for all offices within the district. This includes conducting daily calls to potential recruits, pursuing 2-2-1 opportunities/Co-Op calls, attending open houses, broker opens agent and industry events, managing a pipeline of experienced agents, maintaining the recruiting database and bringing agents to the closing table with the BVP.

 

In partnership with marketing, manage the social media presence for Branch VP and office as related to recruiting and growth.

 

Support the Branch VP and the Sales Manager in driving agent retention efforts, supporting the adoption of CB resources and increasing the capture rate with our affiliated partners.

 

Collaborate with partners in Sales Manager and Agent Development to successfully build and maintain the sales culture across the offices within the district.

 

 

Qualifications:

· Three + years’ experience selling real estate required

· Active Real Estate Brokers License required

· Demonstrated proficiency in sourcing, identifying, and building relationships with top talent.

· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

· Tools: Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and social media platforms.

· Ability to build and maintain relationships with agents and partners.

· Customer Service: Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

· Technologically proficient in all areas including but not limited to: familiarity with various operating systems on PCs and Macs

· Ability to learn new software programs on an as needed basis, skillful in using the following programs including, but not limited to: Microsoft office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe programs such as Adobe Acrobat
