**General Summary:**
• Co-sell Qualcomm-based Windows PC devices, inclusive of Microsoft Surface devices, into commercial, enterprise, and public sector segments globally.
• Coordinate programs and incentives from Microsoft and Qualcomm to maximize sales out, both for Windows holistically, and specifically with the Microsoft Surface devices organization.
• Run the “deal desk” to maximize the competitiveness of Qualcomm-based Windows PCs, inclusive of Microsoft Surface, in bids and RFPs at enterprise, channel distributors, and public sector accounts.
• Ensure a strong executive management relationship for the commercial and enterprise PC segments across Qualcomm and Microsoft.
**Your charter will include:**
• Be the single point of contact for all regions globally to maximize the competitiveness of Qualcomm-based Windows devices, inclusive of Microsoft Surface, into the commercial, enterprise, and public sector markets.
• Create, monitor, and report out to an executive audience on sales out metrics and performance to goals on a segment, region, and OEM basis.
• Provide the feedback loop back to product marketing and business unit to ensure a competitive roadmap moving forward in time.
• Work hand-in-hand with Microsoft Account Team product marketing to ensure a strong 4P strategy to maximize sales out.
• Maintaining marketing cadence, rhythm of business provides monthly calendar and support internal marketing planning processes.
• Collaborating closely with internal executives, cross-functional teams, regional sales teams, and key stakeholders to facilitate and gain support for short-term and long-term plans based on achievement of business goals and milestones.
You will contribute to the Sales and Business Development activities for one of Qualcomm’s Key Strategic accounts - Microsoft. This position will be working in proximity to Redmond, WA area as the successful individual will be expected to work 2-3 days per week onsite at Microsoft office locations.
**In this role you will also:**
• Develop the strategic business and sales plan to maximize the sales of Qualcomm-based Windows devices to the commercial, enterprise, and public sector markets.
• Evangelize the value proposition of Qualcomm’s solutions to end customers, both in 1:1 account-level presentation as well as to large audiences in keynote format.
• Over time, expand Qualcomm’s sales motion to incorporate non-PC products into the commercial, enterprise, and public sector segments.
**Minimum Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of sales, business development, product development or related work experience.
OR
• Associate's degree and 5+ years of sales, business development, product development or related work experience.
OR
• High school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of sales, business development, product development or related work experience.
**Preferred Qualifications**
• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in developing successful enterprise sales plans and strategies at large scale companies in the technology sector.
• Master's, Business Administration and/or Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering
• Master's, Business Administration in multidisciplinary marketing or similar
• A proven track record of meeting sales targets and goals/quotas.
• Experience in presenting to executive audiences.
• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders including finance, legal, business units, and sales teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Experience in business development of technology products specifically to Microsoft.
• Experience working in a multinational, multicultural environment working across different time zones and cultures.
• Experience with presenting and/or training in a keynote format.
• Ability and experience in doing product / technology demonstrations for end customers.
• Experience with Salesforce and managing a sales pipeline.
• Strategic Key Account Management Expertise, ability to build and nurture working level and to mid-level customer relationships & influence.
• Initiative-taker must be resourceful and able to effectively operate in a complex, challenging environment.
• Leadership: The ideal candidate will be initiative-taking, initiative oriented, recognized as a successful role-model who has demonstrated abilities to lead by influence
• Experience in negotiating RFP and bid responses in the enterprise, commercial, and public sector segments.
• Collaboration and Influencing: The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to influence and work closely with a variety of constituencies, both internal and external, intra and inter BU, customers, partners, as well as the ability to develop and nurture strong organizational relationships based on mutual trust.
• A clear, open, and effective communicator across all levels of the organization with the ability to effectively interface with the most senior levels of management internally and externally, as well as influence and educate key internal leaders on trends.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 25% of the time.
• Direct experience working with Microsoft’s Surface and/or OEM PC teams is a plus.

**Pay range** **and Other Compensation & Benefits** **:**
$144,000.00 - $216,000.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm.
