**General Summary:**
• Evangelize Qualcomm’s solutions and product roadmap across Microsoft consumer marketing groups.
• Identify and promote marketing activities for Qualcomm in these areas.
• Drive worldwide consumer marketing programs and activities across Microsoft inclusive of third-party PC OEM’s and Surface.
• Delivers consistent experiences within the partner/channel by leveraging marketing materials and toolkits to execute on time and align to budget.
**Your charter will also include:**
• Identifying and collaborating closely with consumer segments within BG’s and their teams to establish Qualcomm as a sustained leader in the market
• Track KPIs across various marketing and promotional programs to drive incrementally mores successful GTM programs.
• Leverages marketing meetings and understands the growth opportunities necessary to execute the strategic plan.
• Plans, manages, and is accountable for allocated marketing funds and budget spend in collaboration with agencies and partners to help ensure allocated budget is properly spent, while considering mutual business objectives and goals with partners.
• Maintaining marketing cadence, rhythm of business provides monthly calendar and support internal marketing planning processes.
You will contribute to the Sales and Business Development activities for one of Qualcomm’s Key Strategic accounts - Microsoft. This position will be working in proximity to Redmond, WA area as the successful individual will be expected to work 2-3 days per week onsite at Microsoft office locations.
**In this role you will:**
• Developed the strategic business and sales plan to monetize Qualcomm’s comprehensive portfolio across Microsoft.
• Evangelize Qualcomm’s solutions to this customer through viable marketing strategies and consumerization plans.
• Identify strategic partner marketing opportunities for Qualcomm and collaborate with the account team to drive to closure.
Your charter will also include:
• Identifying and working closely with Surface marketing and consumer stakeholders to build plans, governance models and processes to establish best in class marketing execution.
• Collaborating closely with internal executives, cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders to facilitate and gain support for short-term and long-term plans based on achievement of business goals and milestones.
**Minimum Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of sales, business development, product development or related work experience.
OR
• Associate's degree and 5+ years of sales, business development, product development or related work experience.
OR
• High school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of sales, business development, product development or related work experience.
**Preferred Qualifications**
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 5 years in the compute/PC or other high-tech product companies
• Master's, Business Administration and/or Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering
• Preferred: Master's, Business Administration in multidisciplinary marketing or similar
• Experience in business development and / or strategic marketing of technology products specifically to Microsoft
• At least 5 years of experience in developing successful consumer marketing plans and strategies at large scale companies in the enterprise technology sector.
• Experience collaborating with consumer, and enterprise channel partners on joint promotional or campaign activities.
• Experience working in a multinational, multicultural environment working across different time zones and cultures.
• Experience in negotiating contracts and closing on sponsorships and campaign agreements.
• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders including finance, legal, business units, and sales teams.
• Experience in developing marketing strategies and plans and running a program office to ensure high quality execution across Qualcomm and Microsoft teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Direct experience working with Microsoft’s Surface and/or OEM PC teams is a plus.
• Strategic Key Account Management Expertise, ability to build and nurture working level and to mid-level customer relationships & influence.
• Initiative-taker must be resourceful and able to effectively operate in a complex, challenging environment.
• Leadership: The ideal candidate will be initiative-taking, initiative oriented, recognized as a successful role-model who has demonstrated abilities to lead by influence
• Collaboration and Influencing: The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to influence and work closely with a variety of constituencies, both internal and external, intra and inter BU, customers, partners, as well as the ability to develop and nurture strong organizational relationships based on mutual trust.
• He/she will be a clear, open, and effective communicator across all levels of the organization with the ability to effectively interface with the most senior levels of management internally and externally, as well as influence and educate key internal leaders on trends.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

**Pay range** **and Other Compensation & Benefits** **:**
$144,000.00 - $216,000.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
