Job Description:

   

The North West Europe Advisory and Professional Services (NWE A&PS) team focuses on selling services to modernize technology platforms, enable businesses to accelerate time to value and elevate workforce skills to strategic accounts in France, Benelux, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark.

This team has services expertise in platform migration and integration, AI, cyber-resilience, networking, IT sustainability and data center services, delivering scalable solutions from Edge to Core to Cloud.

In a context of business growth, HPE is looking for an exceptional NWE A&PS Sales Manager to lead the sales team to success.

Your responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team of about 10 Advisory and Professional Specialists in France, Sweden and the Netherlands, providing guidance, support, and motivation to drive individual and team success.Meet and exceed team sales targets taking every opportunity of growth.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Strategic Accounts, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. CAC40 for France or equivalent for other countries.Work collaboratively with other HPE Teams (hardware, Software and Service) and Partners to execute sales strategy, to ensure smooth handovers and successful project delivery.Be a trusted advisor for customers and help them to make the best choice amongst HPE technology and add services to implement and drive their transformation while reducing associated risk.Introduce AI technology in our solutions to quickly obtain results.Attend clients & partners meetings, HPE events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote HPE’s offerings and generate leads.

Your profile:

Bac+5, Business / Engineering School or University - MBA PreferredTypically, 10+ years’ experience in Services Sales. Ability to combine consulting and professional services sales skills.A strong experience in Hybrid Cloud, Networking and AI with a concern for Sustainability.Strong leadership skills and proven track record leading and growing an European sales team. Experience working with C-level client executives in various countries to deliver solutions.Master English like a native speaker.Ability to actively listen to customers and to decide with them what services to engage to resolve their problems.Respect for people and ethics at all times.
