We are seeking a customer focused Sales Manager with a proven record of success to join a fantastic Norris Ford team. Ideal candidate is a motivated leader with excellent communication skills who is described as a multi-tasker. This role oversees the new car sales team and inventory, and ensures the dealership meets its unit sales quotas and gross objectives on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis. MUST have previous dealership management experience and proven internet metrics. Required Education and Experience:
