Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.\n\nPresent, promote and sell New\/Used Homes using solid arguments to prospective clients\nPerform cost-benefit and needs analysis with potential clients to meet their needs\nReach out to leads\nDrive Leads through your Marketing efforts\nAchieve sales targets, and appointments\nCoordinate sales effort with team members and supervisors\nContinue to improve through feedback, constructive criticism and everyday training\n\n

Skills \n\nPrior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred\nMust have working knowledge of Microsoft Office \nPrevious sales experience in manufactured\/modular housing desired \nMust be motivated and be able to effectively lead\nMust be able to provide a high level of customer service\nMust have strong interpersonal skills\n\n
