Summary KPS Global is looking for a Regional Sales Manager – Industrial to join the Industrial & Scientific team. The Regional Sales Manager develops key relationships and strategically sells KPS Global products and services to achieve top and bottom-line objectives and ensure total customer satisfaction. The Regional Sales Manager will focus on selling KPS Global’s products and solutions into the scientific and industrial markets. Required Skills Job Responsibilities + Become a KPS Global knowledge expert in when and how to sell our full product offering focusing on scientific and industrial customers + Assessing market potential and identifying new business opportunities + Maintaining key customer relationships, while developing and implementing strategies for expanding the company's customer base + Leveraging customer insights to identify business opportunities and strategies + Providing expertise to the company by building, developing, and managing internal relationships to assist in carrying out the company strategies and tactics + Tracking, managing, and communicating sales forecasts and results + Developing effective relationships with key customers and multiple channels of sales + Managing day-to-day external sales activities including cold calling, qualifying key opportunities, and winning business within a defined sales territory + Managing day-to-day territory sales process including estimate review, blueprint reading, and lead management + Job site visits and trade show attendance + Track and maintain key-performance indicators (KPIs). + Meet or exceed all measurable sales objectives and quotas as defined in the KPIs Required Experience Education And Experience + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred + 3-5 years of relevant solution selling experience + Experience in the insulated panel industry, specifically cold storage market with insulated-metal panels (IMP) preferred + Construction experience in addition to exposure to field service preferred + Proven ability to communicate well with internal management and fellow team members in addition to external customers, service providers, and suppliers + Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools + Strong organizational skills with aggressive follow-through and closing skills + Excellent communication and presentation skills + Must be able to travel as required by the specific region to meet/exceed objectives and grow market
