ELDS Sales & Solutions Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesCollaborates with Product Marketing and other Sales teams to define and implement Sales & Marketing strategies in alignment with Business Area & Line Strategies for all segments. Ensures regular tracking of strategies and both financial and non-financial KPIs with targeted leads,Establishes key targets (e.g., volume, pricing, product mix) and ensures their achievement across all segments. Develops detailed business plans with regular performance tracking,Leads the development and execution of account plans and growth initiatives for large, segment-specific end-user accounts, either acting as the account manager or assigning one within the organization,Drives demand generation activities and directs the scope, technical specifications, and solution architecture for investments, working closely with the technical promotion and consultancy teams,Contributes to critical sales and key framework agreements negotiations,Coordinates sales, marketing efforts, and pricing policies that involve channel and segment partners. Ensures the execution of communication, promotion, and training activities across all segments,Supports the development of strategic partnerships and fosters relationships with key partners, customers, and other decision-makers,Monitors clients’ financial status, reporting any changes related to risk to relevant internal teams. Manages risks related to contract agreements and pricing across customers, channels, and segments,Ensures the proper organization, staffing, and development of the team (with support from the HR Manager). Coaches, motivates, and develops both direct and indirect subordinates in line with HR policies, while fostering cross-team knowledge sharing and collaboration,Ensures that all activities are documented in Salesforce.com and regularly tracks financial and non-financial KPIs through this tool.
Qualifications for the roleBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field,Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing and sales,Strong technical knowledge of MV switchgear products, systems, and solutions,Proven experience in contract negotiations,Proficiency in both Turkish and English (at least as a second language),Excellent communication skills, both with customers and internal teams,Established connections with key clients and the ability to develop long-term strategic partnerships.
