Job Description SummaryGE Healthcare is looking for a dynamic, dedicated, and experienced Sales Manager for UK & Ireland for its Patient Care Solutions Business. Leading a team of People Leaders divided into four Local Customer Teams supported by Account Managers and Product Sales Specialists. The successful candidate will need to guide and support the team through complex sales cycles and Tenders as well as helping to shape their future careers through coaching and mentorship. Candidates should have a passion for Healthcare and delivery of Solutions designed to improve patient outcomes as well as a passion for developing talent within the organisation.

Job DescriptionResponsibilities

Overall management of the PCS sales teams in UK & distributor in Ireland

Setting Sales and Margin targets for team to deliver profitable growth across the region

Responsible for delivering UKI Orders and Sales forecasts accurately Quarter by Quarter and reporting to NE GM

Understands and reports on Market size and share by modality in conjunction with Modality

Developing specialised knowledge of latest commercial developments in the region and the wider Healthcare Sector both public and private

Excellent communication skills to influence others. Contributes towards strategy and policy development within the region and as part of the wider Northern Europe Team.

Drives best practice adoption in the region for delivery of all targets

Uses judgment to make decisions or solve complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns or customers. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.

Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field

Covers for Northern Europe GM in case of leave and is able to collate and deliver ROR at International level

Qualifications

Significant experience in the Healthcare Sales Industry.

Business degree or a Professional Medical qualification.

Deep knowledge of PCS market and products desirable.

Strong oral and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with proven track record of leading teams

Demonstrated ability to analyse and resolve problems

Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects

Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs

Excellent customer relationship building

Able to manage and understand complex tasks or issues and identify strategies to execute
