Sales Manager - Power Generation

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives within the Power Generation sector. This role will be crucial in developing long-term relationships with customers, maximizing revenue potential, and identifying new sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the energy industry and a proven track record in sales strategy and customer relationship management.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead the execution of the sales plan within the Power Generation sector to maximize sales, revenue, and market share. Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure sustained business growth and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the Marketing department to execute marketing strategies and develop new approaches, ensuring alignment with overall sales objectives. Work with the Inside Sales department to define sales objectives, pricing strategies, and ensure alignment with overall company goals. Develop and manage client relationships, offering tailored solutions that meet their specific needs. Create and manage a Long-Term Fidelity Program with customers to achieve progressive service levels and ensure high customer satisfaction. Gather customer feedback on new products and services and work closely with the Technical Sales department to evaluate opportunities for new product development.Key Requirements:
Proven experience in sales management, particularly within the Power Generation or energy sector. Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies and objectives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with customers and internal teams. Knowledge of marketing strategies and experience in coordinating sales and marketing efforts. Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
