We are currently seeking a Sales Manager focused on Retention to join our Power & Renewables Sales team. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in the world’s most dynamic and fastest-growing sector.
 Essential Job Function/ResponsibilitiesResponsible for weekly forecast for month/quarter/yearFull responsibility for Churn and PI targets for the Power & Renewables BusinessManages approximately 6 Customer Success Managers focused on retentionMain KPIs are:Solid Customer Journey Call Process for RenewalsExecuting on Price Increase Targets by month/quarter/yearExecuting on Churn Targets by month/quarter/yearManages Retention War Room Process and Likelihood to RenewDirects staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control retention programEscalation point for sales calls, provides daily coaching to sales team to further develop our sales professionals and progress deals through the processAnalyzes retention statistics to formulate policy and to assist dealers in promoting better retentionAn expert on retention/sales process and coaching sales process for our retention professionalsReviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates, and develops sales campaigns.Represents company at industry association meetings to promote product.Acts as liaison between sales and other departmentsHolds pipeline reviews, 1:1s and forecast meetingsApplies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.Develops and implements new products, processes, standards, or operational plans that will have impact on the achievement of functional results.Requires communication with leadership.Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers, and stakeholdersSets goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational resultsManages a team of experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments. Competitive Candidate ProfileTo be successful, the senior sales professional must have:Proven success in SaaS sales8 or more years sales experience3 or more years' managing a high performing retention sales team of at least 5 team membersPower & Renewables or Energy experience a plusThis person must thrive in a fast-paced, high growth environment and have a humble and genuine curiosity for learningEnergetic and collaborative mixed in with a bit of competitivenessSelf-motivated with a strong work ethic and committed to prospecting new businessExcellent communicatorProven track record of consistent sales growth and quota obtainmentDemonstrated ability to conduct a solution-oriented sales process including qualification, buying process, decision makers, budgets, drafting proposals, and closingResults-oriented and works with urgency with a #oneteam mentality
