What you will do:

推動節能減碳專案銷售，尋找潛在客戶，拓展業務機會 建立及帶領高績效業務團隊，制定業務策略 維護與強化與客戶的關係，確保長期合作關係與提升客戶滿意度 與工程團隊合作，提供具競爭力的解決方案 持續追蹤與分析市場趨勢，調整銷售策略 與 MarCom 團隊合作，推動宣傳活動，提高西門子節能產品的市場知名度 

What we are looking for:

大學(含)以上學歷7 年以上業務經驗 3 年能源效率 (ESCO) 或 ESG 相關領域工作經驗 具業務團隊管理經驗 具有創新、大膽和成長型心態，能尋找最具競爭力的解決方案來滿足客戶的需求 具備中等英文能力
