Employees handling transversal field sales matters for a specific perimeter/territory by contributing to one or several missions below:
Lead Team of sales representatives, ensure defined targets are met & instore execution is flawlessCoach and train sales team on sales techniques, best in class customer relationshipPlan and manage commercial in-store activities & promotions, and take corrective actions if need beEnsure flawless execution of these Plans according the RPVA guidelines set per outlet type / image level , per brandWork with Trade Marketing team and Customer Service to get clarity on the plans & communicate properly to the teamMonitor and manage sales expenses within allocated budgetsManage and develop team, identify & retain talentRequirement:
Proficient in report analysis and calculation
Capable of business forecasting and problem-solving execution
Knowledgeable about ON & OFF & Other Super retail processes, familiar with distributor systems
Experience as a department head is a plus
Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to negotiate with clients and understand their issues to provide effective solutions
