Responsibilities

Production & Design

Edit and design engaging client commercials using Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop) along with AI Software (Waymark).Collaborate with the sales team and clients to craft eye-catching on-air commercials.

Social Media Management

Set up and execute social media campaigns for clients, ensuring their brands shine online.Develop and maintain a strong presence for clients across platforms, creating content that drives engagement and results.

Project Management & Support

Be the go-to liaison between departments, coordinating station-wide initiatives.Manage trade partnerships, ensuring deliverables are met for all parties involved.Juggle multiple projects with ease, even when priorities shift on the fly.Work independently or as part of a team to bring projects to completion with style.Provide front desk reception coverage one day per week and as needed during absences or high-demand periods.

Act as the primary liaison between the Sales team and Loving Living Local to ensure smooth coordination and scheduling of sales-related interviews.

Sales & Traffic Support

Assist the sales team in preparing client presentations, gathering materials, and creating compelling proposals.Enter sales orders into Wide Orbit with precision, ensuring every detail is spot on.Provide administrative support, from organizing sales materials to building presentations and planning events.Serve as a backup for traffic-related tasks, including commercial uploads and log management.

What You Bring to the Team

A flair for video production and a knack for storytelling.Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop).Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience with Wide Orbit Traffic or similar platforms is a plus.A natural ability to multitask, prioritize, and juggle multiple projects seamlessly.Self-motivation and initiative to get the job done right – and on time.
