**Job Description**
**Garelick Farms, Dairy Farmers of America, is excited to announce an opening for a Sales Merchandising Rep.**

**External Candidate ~$1,500.00 sign-on bonus**
**The position is remote based in the Quincy MA area covering Eastern MA and Cape Cod.**
**A company car will be provided.**
**The working hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with off hours and weekends as needed** **.**
**GENERAL PURPOSE**
Maintain in-store compliance at stores within the assigned geographical area while monitoring and supplying goods of
service to each customer.
**JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
• Ensure displays are set to plan-o-grams
• Check and report product voids
• Maintain ad hoc merchandising
• Manage inventory levels minimizing out of stocks and dump
• Execute all sales programs, POP (point of purchase) materials, and work to maximize sales in each store
• Set new stores and perform required resets
• Manage in-store customer fulfillment programs to include scan-based trading and web-based ordering
• Travel to customer store locations as required within a specific geographical area
• Assist with customer service issues or complaints
• Complete pricing surveys as required
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately

**Requirements**
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 2 to 4 years of retail, customer service, or related experience
• Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment
