Our Client, an Agricultural Machinery Heavy Equipment company, is looking for a Sales Operation Support(Admin) for their New Holland, PA location. Responsibilities:
+ Process invoices through the SAP system while maintaining data accuracy and assisting in solving invoicing anomalies and issues to get payments on time.
+ Manage and distribute operational information between internal and external customers within the office.
+ Utilize existing tools to complete tasks without creating new processes.
+ Goods receipting for all inter-company transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness with the ability to report job status to management.
+ Needs to come into the office to collaborate with team and Manager.
Requirements:
+ SAP Experience a must
+ Must be detail-oriented and analytical.
+ Must be able to work in a high stress environment.
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills
+ Courteous, Reliable and Respectful
+ Strong work ethic
+ Act in a professional manner at all times
+ High problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
+ Strong technical, interpersonal and communication skills

+ Excellent phone manner and management is a key requirement
+ Advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience is a must; prefer intermediate Excel skills.
