The Sales Operations Administrator is an operations position whose primary purpose is to facilitate the rapid conveyance of approved sales contracts from sales to accounting in a manner which both maximizes our organizational productivity/bandwidth while optimizing the content of all sales contract packages.
This is successfully achieved through the reliable and timely completion of the following responsibilities and actions:
• Upon the receipt of every sales contract package, confirm that it has been signed and approved by the Linga Head of Sales.
• Thoroughly reconcile all the contents of the package for correctness, completeness and accuracy.
• Enter all remaining mandatory contract package information which is the responsibility of the Sales Administrator to complete.
• Wherever and whenever items from the sales contract package are missing or incorrect, meet with the Sales Representative and/or the Head of Sales to promptly obtain all corrections.
• As soon as the sales contract package is complete and correct, relay the package to accounting for prompt transactional data entry into all necessary database systems to enable the prompt and accurate implementation with the client.
o Wherever and whenever issues, questions or concerns may emerge with accounting, work with them collaboratively and cooperatively in a manner which resolves all difficulties or disputes in a speedy yet pleasant manner.
• Maintain Linga’s pricing tables, sales pricing guides and equipment bundles in an up to date and accurate manner at all times
• Continuously provide feedback to the Chief Operations Officer, the Head of Sales and the Controller to enable the creation of a Linga culture which is based on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.Job DescriptionManages a portfolio of assets or liabilities with a primary focus on developing and executing pricing strategies. Maintains joint accountability for results with key partners. Applies business insight and pricing tools to optimize pricing (risk-based for lending).Develops and utilizes reporting and insights to present strategy recommendations and results. Surveys and analyzes the competitive landscape continuously to identify risks and opportunities. Performs and oversees ad hoc pricing analysis and reporting.Manages rate exception process and strategy. Provides guidance to front-line employees and managers. Creates, develops, executes and tracks exception rate policy and compliance.Manages pricing inputs into annual planning process and quarterly and interim forecasts. Collaborates with key partners for overall product forecasts and plans. Identifies macroeconomic trends and drivers that influence market-wide volume fluctuations.
