Sales Operations Administrator

We are partnered with a client that runs a successful Video Surveillance as a Service platform. With their AI cloud computing platform their mission is to make End to End True AI and cloud computing for advanced security and business intelligence a reality. Right now they are looking to hire a Sales Operations Administrator to join their team on a full time basis.
In this position you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing order processing, purchase order (PO) submission, and vendor coordination. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations by handling order fulfillment, vendor communications, and administrative tasks related to sales transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales administration, order management, and working with manufacturers or vendors to ensure timely product delivery.
This is a full-time direct hire position, fully onsite in Dallas, TX.
Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in sales operations, order processing, or procurement. Experience working with manufacturer vendors and suppliers is a plus. Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Familiarity with purchase order processing systems and order management tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills for vendor and internal team coordination. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. What You Will Be Doing
Key Responsibilities will include: Order processing and sales support Vendor and manufacturer coordination Inventory and logistics coordination Sales reporting and documentation Compliance and process improvement
