Position Summary

The Sales Operations Analyst will directly support the Director of Sales Operations and the go to market strategy for US Loss Adjusting and Platforms. The Analyst contributes by assisting in executing performance objectives for the sales and leadership teams to drive measurable results. This role will support the optimizing of sales processes focused on sales automation, business compliance, adherence of operational models, and consistent evaluation of new sales technology tools.


Strong analytical skills are required in support of providing data insights and reporting to monitor and measure the overall sales productivity and business performance. This role will serve to assist in the creation of key client deliverables including sales presentations, proposals, RFIs/RFPs, reporting, and other client needs through collaboration across the sales team and the business.


The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for obtaining the voice of the customer and other market-related intelligence, including leads, at the direction of the Director of Sales Operations. The role will support our Salesforce SME and ensure the CRM tool has adequate processes and governance to support data integrity and accurate reporting. Success for this role is defined by the overall success of the Business in achieving their revenue growth goals.

Responsibilities Assist in the development of all reporting and dashboards related to sales performance, revenue reconciliation and client performance to meet the ongoing needs of the market.Help to maintain consistent CRM processes, practices, and data governance to support the execution of the sales cycle as directed by The Director of Sales OperationsActs as Salesforce administration support through maintaining and updating information, while ensuring accuracy of our CRMAssists in identifying and maintaining the “Golden Record” in Salesforce across all businessesAssists Director with monitoring sales pipeline efforts to help minimize barriers, identify gaps, forecast conversion rates, and potential cross-selling opportunitiesAssists in the RFI/RFP process, proposals, and sales presentations, as engaged by the Director, incorporates strategy development, critical thinking, and pricing in collaboration with relevant Crawford stakeholders.Collaboration with sales and account management team in securing required NPS scores.Manages all lead generation and triage process as directed by Director, Sales leaders and marketingPromotes and coordinates the implementation of new accounts through effective coordination with the onboarding team as neededActs as liaison between Director of Sales Operations and various Account Management Directors in the onboarding of new client programsSupport market events and thought leadership efforts with marketing as directed.As directed, contributes to researching and collecting market and client conditions, trends, and competition. “Voice of the customer”Ensures interdepartmental reporting completed correctly for Director’s timely deliveryPerforms other duties as assigned.Upholds the Crawford Code of Conduct. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Risk Management, Insurance or a related disciplineTwo years of related experience in sales and or operations roles.Previous experience with the use and analytics of CRM platforms.Previous experience with revenue analysis and the use of supporting software tools.Previous experience managing or working in a matrix structure.Experience with Microsoft Office products and Salesforce.Position may require travel, some of which may be overnight.Must complete continuing education requirements as outlined by Crawford Educational Services.Strong leadership skills to support ongoing sales performance, provide analysis and insight to support revenue achieving goals.Strong writing and editing skills for creating proposal documents in a professional and credible manner. Strong project management skills to include managing timelines, deadlines and multiple projects, simultaneously.Communication skills for effective verbal and written communications with sales teams, collaborating departments and upper management.Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and to support the development and implementation of new strategies.Experience with sales tech stack management, including Salesforce, sales enablement, forecasting, reporting, and analytical tools.Ability to communicate analysis findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively to different stakeholders including Operations, Sales Operations Director, Sales Leaders, Business Development, and Data Management TeamFinancial skills and business acumen to understand sales forecasts and revenue recognition.Ability to solicit and incorporate feedback and input from stakeholders to foster a culture of trust and transparency.Ability to demonstrate and promote a growth mindset, a customer-centric attitude, and a continuous improvement approach.Ability to reason strategically and holistically about the sales organization and its goals.Research and reporting skills to analyze sales data and consumer trends to create sales forecasts and other relevant data points.
