Position Overview:
As a Sales Operations Analyst at Landauer, you'll play a crucial role in streamlining our sales functions and optimizing our processes. Your responsibilities will include supporting our sales team with various sales strategies, maintaining our CRM system, providing insights to improve our sales operations and strategies, and leveraging the Fortive Business System tools to standardize best practices across Landauer Sales. You will also be responsible for preparing monthly commission statements and assisting with regular salary and commission payouts.
Responsibilities:
Establish appropriate KPIs and visual management tools for leaders, continuously aligning and collaborating to ensure sustainment.
Develop variable sales compensation plans for all positions and prepare monthly commission statements to support revenue commitments and assist with regular salary and commission payouts.
Collaborate with the Sales team on monthly revenue forecasts, submitting to Sales and Finance, and driving continuous improvement for accuracy.
Manage sales funnels and use funnel data to generate accurate sales forecasts.
Develop and administer budgets, plans, and performance goals to deliver on delivery and cost goals.
Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Leverage Fortive Business System tools to streamline and standardize sales operations, promoting best practices across the company.
Maintain and manage the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Analyze sales data and generate reports to provide insights on sales trends, performance, and forecasts.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs, identify areas for improvement or modification, and suggest solutions for a more efficient sales operation.
Assist in setting and managing sales targets and quotas.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Operations Analyst or similar role.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in using the Fortive Business System tools or similar business operations tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make well-judged decisions.
