Job Description:
Provide comprehensive support to the Instrument Sales team for daily operational tasks and business assistance.Collaborate with the Sales team and other functional teams on daily business order support and implementation of business-related processes.Assist with the channel partners' agreement process in the system and implement other related channel processes.Maintain effective communication with channel partners to address their daily requests.Contribute to the improvement and optimization of all business processes, continually improving the internal working efficiency of the team.Support on business report and help on sales team revenue, booking pacing trackingOther sales operation related process build-up and follow upMinimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience requiredOver 5 years of professional experience in sales operations, channel support, business administration, or a related fieldBasic understanding of contract terms, conditions, logistics, and businessStrong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to interact effectively with internal and external contactsProficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPointExcellent verbal and written English skills are a plus
