What you’ll do:
As a Sales Operations Intern, you will be responsible for facilitating certain segments of the day-to-day operational processes related to front-end (customer support) and/or back-end (back order management, reporting, etc.) activity in support of the organization’s business objectives. To do so, you will work closely with your peers in operations team, regional business teams and Supply Chain functions by utilizing organization’s tools and data infrastructure.
You will support activity related to particular team processes like customer order management, order release, customer request (tickets) management, etc.You will monitor customer requests coming through the official channels, follow up on their closure within the pre-defined timelinesYou will issue reports related to the assigned operational activity and analyse the dataYou will request/ share data and coordinate actions with other teams and functions as guided by the process
What you’ll need:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business/EconomicsGood analytical and problem solving skillsStrong customer service mind-setResult-oriented, self-started, able to achieve goals and objectivesTeam player, communicative and flexible, quality mind-setFluent in English Have very good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)What you can expect from us:
