Position Overview

Reporting to the Head of Sales Excellence, SI S&OP, this position is responsible for improving processes and efficiencies using the SieSales (Salesforce) platform. Position also manages the Customer Experience program, processes, and vendor relationship (Confirmit) while serving as in-group consultant to maximize impact. With a focus on user support, training, and collaboration across functions, this position is exposed to and has familiarity with a wide range of sales and business processes. Drives efficiency and effectiveness of sales excellence programs by ensuring program deliverables meet or exceed internal customer requirements, are completed at a highly professional level and within agreed timelines. 

Sales Operations Analyst - Salesforce

This position will be remote/hybrid in the Atlanta market.

Role Description

Subject Matter Expert for the SI S&OP sales teams and functions, with key support areas to include:

Focus on user efficiencies across multiple sales teams that use the tool in different ways, provide troubleshooting assistance and support for internal SieSales (Salesforce) users Generate user reports and set up of lead campaigns Account and account team management Creating and managing diverse users, profiles, and roles Train users in best practice SieSales (Salesforce) functionality to provide increased productivity Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies and help related materials Testing for new releases in coordination with IT teams Monitors KPI’s for enhanced quality and utilization and supports the required improvements. Manage execution of ongoing Customer Experience program, survey tool (Confirmit) and processes for transaction (product, solution, tech support, etc.) and annual Net Promotor Score (NPS) surveys. Includes: Strong collaboration with Business and Sales teams SieSales (Salesforce) contact management End-to-end survey design from concept to execution through the creation of project plans Data, text, and root cause analysis Manual reporting for management and dashboard design for end-users to encompass various KPIs (CSI, NPS, response rate) Vendor relationship management (Confirmit) Manage multiple projects/activities while delivering a high level of accuracy in a timely manner.

Basic Qualifications

1+ years of CRM and Salesforce effectiveness metrics. 1+ years of working knowledge of Customer experience surveys 1+ years working knowledge of the core processes of sales and business development. 1+ years training end-users and producing training collateral 1+ years of proven competence and experience developing strategies for business process improvements. 1+ years in the areas of business results orientation; customer orientation, process improvement methodology (i.e. six Sigma) and collaboration & influencingApplicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum of BS degree plus 2-5 years related experience 1+ years of experience in either sales or sales force improvement techniques 1+ years s of experience in leading/ownership of business programs

The pay range for this position is $73,500 - $126,000. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
