About the role

As a Sales Operations Associate, you play a vital role in our B2B sales success. Your support enables the commercial team to focus on core processes, driving revenue and growth. You keep partners informed about new product features and gather valuable feedback on day-to-day functionality, contributing to continuous improvement. Your proactive approach helps anticipate and prepare for future events, ensuring our team is ready to navigate challenges effectively. In essence, your role is essential for enhancing partner relationships, driving innovation, and maintaining a competitive edge in the dynamic B2B market.

Responsibilities

Data Management:

Maintains comprehensive data on HubSpot CRM, covering contacts, companies, files (presentations, videos), email templates, meeting links, and calendars.

Reporting and Support:

Provides accurate data and generates detailed reports to support the sales team in decision-making.

Strategic Collaboration:

Collaborates with account managers to develop specific sales strategies tailored to individual accounts.

Data Entry and Management:

Performs data entry and updates on CRM tools and other databases.

Technical Management:

Sets and manages landing pages, PMS/Channel Manager integrations, and PWD user access.

Performance Monitoring:

Monitors performance indicators, prepares monthly commissions (when manual), and tracks revenue/invoicing.

Troubleshooting and Support:

Provides troubleshooting assistance and handles inquiries from partners.

Product Knowledge and Training:

Stays up-to-date with new product launches and features, ensuring the sales team is well-informed and trained accordingly.
