About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Associate (f/m/d) to join our Sales Operations Team in Pleinfeld who will help grow the business by supporting customers. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our organization, ensuring our strategic customers in the semiconductor market receive exceptional service and support.
This role will be located at our facility in Pleinfeld, near Nuremberg.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills to enhance customer experience and satisfaction Actively partner with account and business teams, serving as a liaison between internal departments and customers Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone and email Create and provide quotations to customers based on account classification and service level agreements Process orders efficiently and accurately through order processing software Work closely with internal teams to manage order status and changes, maintaining clear communication channels Maintain and update data in customer portals, ERP and CRM system records Manage customer complaints effectively, providing timely resolutions to customers Run reports and support audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Work Experience in a business discipline or related field 3 - 5 years of proven customer support experience in a manufacturing company Ability to adapt to different personalities and customer needs. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a strong work ethic Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ability to learn new technology and navigate various software applications Capacity to set priorities, work independently, and manage time effectively Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and German; additional European language capabilities are a plus
Desired Qualifications:
Familiarity with SAP, Ariba, SalesForce or Oracle JDE is a plus Experience in the semiconductor industry is advantageous
