As a Sales Operations Business Partner, you will partner with a Sales leader to drive sales strategy execution, process improvements and sales team productivity and efficiency. You will be the strategic communicator between our Sales Leaders and the Sales Operations team.  You will listen to sales leaders to uncover areas for sales process improvement and drive efficiency gains through process and technology changes.  You will synthesize complex data from pipeline reports, sales analytics, and dashboards to provide insights to Sales team leaders so that we can make data-driven decisions.

You will bring the experience and expertise of executing on Sales Operations over the course of your career.  You have supported Sales leaders to drive their go-to-market strategies to deliver on exceptional outcomes.  You know how to use sales KPIs and analytics to drive process improvement. 

Responsibilities:

Lead Sales Ops strategy and execution for a select Sales team, including optimizing work processes, establishing/enhancing KPIs, and installing and managing sales enablement technology/automation solutions from inception to execution

Develop and execute sales strategies that align with sales team objectives and maximize sales team effectiveness

Work with technical resources to deliver support to Sales leaders and their respective teams

Develop relationships across the organization to collaborate on and drive sales process improvements

Evaluate and enhance sales processes, systems, and reporting to improve efficiency and effectiveness on deal conversion, deal cycle time, pipeline forecasting and sales rep productivity

Analyze large data sets for trends and insights, define key performance metrics, and provide actionable recommendations to drive data-driven decisions

Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with various departments to ensure successful sales strategy implementation and process improvements

Manage Quota and Commission planning with Sales team and oversee commission plan monthly execution with accounting and people services

Drive process improvement and implement best practices on cross-functional process, such as quote to cash, renewal, lead generation, and managing reseller channel

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

7 or more years of experience in sales operations roles

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in business administration preferred

Experience with B2B sales and international sales teams within a rapidly growing technology company

Experience with establishing and managing Salesforce training programs

2+ years leading sales operations for a business

2+ years of experience working with and driving strategy Salesforce within Sales teams

The ability to look a large, complex business processes and figure out where to start with process improvement, gain quick wins and drive results

A process mindset that orients around scaling and growth

Track record of developing new and refining existing sales process improvement

Optimistic and resourceful problem solver
