Job Description:
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic SaaS organization. This role will serve as a strategic partner to our sales leaders, delivering actionable financial and operational insights that drive informed decision-making and sales success. The ideal candidate thrives in a data-driven environment, excels at turning complex analytics into clear recommendations, and is passionate about enabling sales teams to achieve and exceed their goals.
*This is a hybrid role: 3 days/week in office*
Key Responsibilities:

• Analytics & Insights
-Develop and maintain robust sales performance analytics, KPIs, and dashboards to support sales leadership in identifying trends, opportunities to inform sales planning and forecasting.
-Deliver clear, concise, and actionable insights through thoughtful analysis, ensuring alignment with company objectives and sales strategies.
• Financial Modeling & Forecasting
-Partner with finance and sales leaders to develop accurate sales forecasts, identify revenue risks, and create mitigation plans.
-Analyze and communicate the financial impact of sales strategies, incentives, and operational initiatives.
• Operational Excellence
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success) to improve processes, ensure data integrity, and enhance CRM utilization.
-Support quota allocation processes to ensure fair and efficient resource distribution.
-Support sales enablement efforts by identifying process improvements, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation.
• Strategic Partnering
-Act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, providing insights that shape go-to-market strategies and drive growth.
-Support annual planning processes, including target setting and budget allocation.
-Monitor the performance of sales initiatives and recommend adjustments to improve outcomes.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
-5+ years in sales operations, financial analysis, or related roles, preferably in a SaaS environment.
-Proven ability to support sales organizations through actionable analytics and clear communication.
-Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and advanced Excel modeling.
