Sales Operations Coordinator
About the Role\:
3D Systems is looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to support our global Industrial and Healthcare go-to-market teams. You will support sales professionals who have a broad portfolio of additive manufacturing printers, materials and services and pursue complex solution deals with resellers worldwide or direct sales. You will coordinate processes and projects to improve sales efficiency, increase reseller productivity and enhance customer experience. You will be engaging with a wide variety of functions and teams within the 3D Systems organization to manage, calculate and analyze reseller performance, programs, and sales tools for the global and publicly traded 3D Systems Corporation.

The salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. What We Are Looking For\:
Collaborate with a functional matrix team of internal sales support and internal corporate partners to execute on business unit key sales initiatives and strategies. Facilitate integration and expansion of business processes (i.e. prioritization, contracts, quotes)Understand and prioritize the needs of customer-facing teams to create and calculate data to support business drivers that enable revenue growth, efficiency and accuracy in process, and compliance. Coordinate sales tool creation, distribution/authorization and reporting, including but not limited to price books, contract authorization, product launch information. Manage process for standard and non-standard T&C during a quoting in collaboration with other sales operations team members utilizing SalesForce and other systems. Contribute to business projects, introducing new offerings, products, or new functionality Ensure integration into current processes as well as forecasting and supply Coordinate and monitor sales activities to ensure standardization and compliance with corporate and business unit practices Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in sales processes & procedures *Sales Operations Coordinator
