Job Description A family owned manufacturer of liquid rubbers, plastics, epoxies, clays, foams, high-performance paints, and other special materials used by commercial enterprises and individual consumers for an endless variety of applications is seeking a to Sales Operations Coordinator Analyst to join their growing team. This company HQ is based in Macungie PA, and is seeking a candidate within a 45 minute commute. They will primarily work out of Macungie with occasional opportunities to work remotely, or travel for tradeshows support training and more. In this role you will be coordinating & analyzing sales activities across the enterprise whether that be planning and executing winning tradeshows & on-site customer visit strategies, to analyzing product sales performance, to ensuring sales reps have everything they need to follow up and close deals this variety in this role will keep you on your toes. You will be reporting to and working closely with the Director of Sales Operations to assist in managing Smooth-Ons sales operations, staff, and data reporting across the globe gaining excellent business education, exposure, and visibility into an international manufacturing company. You will analyze both qualitative and quantitative data including sales rep written reports, crm data, marketing metrics, production shipping and fulfilment data, product sales, and performance metrics.
