About the Role

As the Manager of Sales Operations & Excellence, you will lead and optimize our B2B sales operations to enhance overall performance across our core B2B segment, which includes Hotels, Travel Agents, Vacation Rentals, Airlines, and more. Your role will focus on CRM (HubSpot) excellence, sales strategy, process optimization, and team leadership to ensure our sales operations drive business growth effectively and efficiently. You will take ownership of our CRM system, design and implement automated processes, and lead a team dedicated to providing top-notch B2B customer support. Additionally, you will coordinate with various departments to align goals and strategies, audit sales processes for compliance, and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency. This role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).


Key Responsibilities:

Take complete ownership of the CRM system, ensuring it supports sales activities (inbound lead management, outbound sales activity, customer onboarding, customer success & retention) effectively. Oversee the creation and maintenance of sales enablement tools and resources, including CRM templates and documentation. Develop and conduct sales training sessions to enhance the sales team’s capabilities and ensure accurate adoption of sales tools and processes. Design and implement automated processes to streamline sales operations and increase efficiency, utilizing analytics tools to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Lead a team dedicated to providing top-notch B2B customer support, acting as the first point of escalation for customer issues and overseeing the commission and invoicing processes. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align goals and strategies, facilitating effective communication and project management across departments. Regularly audit sales processes to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards, maintaining quality control of data entered into the CRM system. Evaluate and manage the optimal use of sales tools and technologies, recommending and overseeing the implementation and integration of new tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor and analyze B2B sales performance metrics, setting and tracking key performance indicators for the sales operations team. Lead strategic planning initiatives to explore new segments and optimize partner engagement and retention, continuously assessing market trends and competitor strategies
