The Opportunity:
Avantor is seeking a motivated Sales & Operations Execution Coordinator (f/m/d) in Leuven. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally to address real-time challenges and adjust plans to meet customer expectations, while aligning closely with Sales and Operating Planning (S&OP) processes.

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 with 10 home office days/month
What we’re looking for
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
Experience:
Demonstrated experience working in supply chain, operations, or production planningFamiliarity with S&OP or S&OE processes is preferredStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in using ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and the Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrated ability to analyse large data sets via Excel and ability to visualize via PowerBI, Tableau or similar toolsAnalytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detailAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentHow you will thrive and create an impact
Coordination and Communication:
Support execution of the S&OP plan on a weekly and daily basis.Act as a liaison between sales, production, procurement, and logistics teams.Communicate operational changes and adjustments to stakeholders promptly.Facilitate daily or weekly meetings to address bottlenecks or urgent issues.Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Track KPIs such as service levels, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment rates.Analyze variances between plans and actual performance, providing actionable insights.Prepare and share reports with management on operational performance.Issue Resolution:
Work with planning and cross-functional teams to identify and address short-term supply chain disruptions or constraints.Collaborate with teams to resolve issues affecting order fulfillment or production schedules.Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks in operations.Continuous Improvement:
Support initiatives to improve efficiency in operational execution.Provide feedback to enhance S&OP processes based on S&OE insights.Contribute to streamlining workflows and optimizing resource utilization.#LI-Hybrid #LI-EUR
