Heidelberg Materials South Texas Concrete (formally Campbell Concrete & Materials LLC) company is seeking qualified Sales Operations Analyst located in our Katy, TX Office.
Heidelberg Materials South Texas Concrete operates 18 ready mixed concrete plants throughout the greater Houston area. This position provides commercial and operational analysis related to customer activity, market intelligence, and logistical efficiency at a local level with a hands-on approach for Heidelberg Materials South Texas Concrete. This position will be the central point of contact for digital initiatives between IT and the business. Reporting to the Vice President / General Manager of Heidelberg Materials South Texas Concrete, the Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting both Sales and Operations teams. This position appraises operating performance in terms of KPI’s, trends, market analysis, Digitalization/Transformation efforts, sustainable revenue, operating policies, and increased profit opportunities. This role indirectly reports to the Sales Manager and Sr Operations Manager of South Texas Concrete.

Who we are looking for:Accounting, business, or related degree with experience in analysis; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
