Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for E2E contract signing and order process for both trial and sales contracts, incl. Communicating about contract template, finance process between Roche and customer/distributor’s legal, compliance and finance dept, apply CDP/LDP/OH licenses across back office systems, etc.
2. Responsible for contractual financial process, incl. invoicing,AR,AP,etc, to ensure fully compliant financial process.
3. Sales report: Prepare weekly sales report by territory and by sales person.
4. Forecast Tracking: Consolidate and track the quarterly sales forecast to ensure timely contract process and sales recognition.
5. Bidding document: Prepare the relative documents for bidding use.
6. Meeting arrangement: Prepare all kind of internal/external meeting, training and seminar facilities and recording of minutes.
7. Customer focus: Help sales team to check the customer database maintenance.
8. Cross-department coordination: Ensure efficient communication and information delivery within sales department and cross-function.
9. Provide secretarial and administrative support to sales department, such as travel arrangement.
10. Support large programs, eg. GBA project on process tracking and management, coordinate the cross functional communications.
11. Work with external parties, eg. Foundation and internal departments, eg. Compliance, Legal and Finance and apply for GSD process, sign off collaboration contract, ensuring the whole project running smoothly and compliant.
12. Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager.
13. Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection.
