Sales Operations Intern - Summer 2025
About The RoleOur Sales team is central to the success and long-term growth of The RealReal. As a Sales Ops Intern, you will be responsible for providing analysis and building unique pilot programs to support Sales Reps and Sales Managers. The creativity of your proposed sales-related program and data you collect will help solve pain points and elevate our Sales organization for years to come!

**This is a 10 week internship from 6/2/2025 - 8/8/2025.**

What You Get To Do Every Day

Observe and analyze sales processes to identify potential areas for improvement.

Develop hypotheses for testable pilots to address identified challenges.

Engage stakeholders to gain alignment and support for proposed pilots.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales Revenue Technology, Sales, Compensation, Enablement ) to plan and implement pilot requirements.

Collect, analyze, and monitor data from pilot activities using large datasets to track progress and performance metrics.

Provide support to Sales Reps, Managers, and Directors throughout the pilot testing phase.

Evaluate results to determine whether the pilot hypothesis was validated or requires further refinement.

Present findings and recommend next steps based on pilot outcomes to key stakeholders.

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements:

Current undergraduate student with relevant work experience and/or coursework graduating after December 2025

Proficiency with Google Suite (Google Sheets/MS Excel)

Strong analytical skills

Exceptional attention to detail, and organizational skills highly preferred

Team player able to work effectively and collaboratively across all departments to meet goals

The expected hourly rate for this role is -. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
