Position Summary
Leading APAC Sales Operations team to develop the Salesforce effectiveness related reports and analysis tools to drive strategic and financial objectives for sales team..
Duties and Responsibilities
Under limited supervision, general direction, etc. and in accordance with all applicable government laws, regulations and ASP policies, procedures and guidelines, this position:
•Report sales related activities including sales performance, sales order booking & billing status, in-market-sales data. Continuously improve reporting tools and review process.
•Take lead to coordinate with commercial leader, Finance, HR on sales incentive plan/scheme, responsible for monthly/quarterly/annual sales incentive calculation, accrual, payout and analysis.
•Assist annual sales target/business plan allocation.
•As key price committee member, work with commercial leader, Marketing, Finance to review list price, define new product price, develop pricing strategy and analysis
•Sport daily price related activities including discount and margin analysis, monitoring margins to assure alignment with profitably objectives.
•Responsible for price loading and maintenance in SAP and SFDC.
•Lead the implementation and enhancement of Salesforce.com on funnel management. Create funnel dashboard for commercial leaders and salesperson. Monitor and drive opportunity conversion.
•People management including hiring, coaching, performance review, talent development
•Performs other duties assigned as needed
Years of Related Experience:
•Must have a 5+ years’ experience in Sales Operations analysis, Customer Service, Planning, or Finance, ideally with Medical Device or Healthcare industry.
•Strong interpersonal and team building skills; ability to work with a diverse team and influence/drive change across functional and business boundaries
•Successful experience in sales data analysis and/or pricing analysis
•Hands on experience on SAP, Salesforce.com, Power BI, Power APPs etc.
•Continuous improvement attitude, ability to develop and implement best practices
•Fluent English is a must, other APAC country’s local language (Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese) is plus
