Sales Operations Manager
Position Summary: The Sales Operations Manager position is tasked with collaborating to identify best practices for assigned business unit(s), driving performance and increasing efficiencies, improving existing processes and ensuring sales tools are being effectively used in the market. This person will serve as a resource to our businesses by implementing continuous improvement opportunities; providing visibility through analytics by measuring and reporting results; and executing best practice Go To Market strategies through training and professional development. Reporting to the Sales Operations Director, they will have strong relationships with the Vice President of Sales at the assigned business unit(s). Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: The Sales Operations Manager is a liaison for sales to other parts of the organization across RBG businesses. This position will be responsible for business activities and processes that help the sales organization run effectively, efficiently, and in support of business strategies and objectives. The Sales Operations Manager is tasked with supporting the sales department with regards to all aspects of strategic go-to-market initiatives: Sales Process Standardization Analysis & Measurement Training and Development Customer segmentation Other projects or duties as assigned Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance or Marketing or equivalent work experience 5-6+ years of experience in Sales, Operations, or Marketing Proven ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to various situations at the same time Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong presentation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel Strong analytical skills and ability to focus on details Ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to interact with personnel at all levels of the company Must possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Must be able to handle multiple tasks/projects concurrently, following through to completion Must be able to meet deadlines and deal with pressures associated with those deadlines Travel as required (up to 75%) This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test Preferred Skills and Experience: 2+ years of beverage industry experience, training, and facilitation Proficient knowledge of VIP, Greenmile, Salesforce and PowerBI RBG Sales Competencies: Attention to Detail, Committed to Quality Work Willingness to Learn Empathy Sense of Urgency/Passion for Service Takes Responsibility RBG Leadership Competencies: Cross Functional Management & Collaboration Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Motivate and Influence Leaders and Teams Analyze, Articulate, & Strategize Business Trends Develop and leverage effective relationships both internal and external Effective communication and delegation KPI Awareness Physical Demands and Work Environment: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
