Position Responsibilities:     + D rive improvement and implement initiatives by managing projects and customer communications while collaborating with Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales to achieve business objectives . + Collaborate with leadership to execute strateg ies, continuously develop processes, projects, and systems to drive efficiencies, eliminate waste, and maximize profitability + Lead collaboration and continued development of the platform and the company’s call center services + Collaborate with Market Unit leadership and C hannel leadership to develop tools, training and tracking + Coordinate customer communications through the internal platform and the company’s call center service including new products, commercial offers, and operations changes , i.e., re-routes, holiday planning, etc. + Create metrics , help develop dashboard to monitor metrics and establish a culture of transparency within the team and across project areas + Travel up to 20% + Other duties as assigne d Required Education and Experience:   + Bachelor’s D egree with 6 plus years of related experience and 3 plus years of people leadership experience or H igh S chool Diploma/G eneral E ducation D iploma with 9 plus years of s pecific experience and 4 plus years of people leadership experience   Preferred Education and Experience:   + Master’s Degree Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
