Sales Operations Manager

Job Summary:

The Sales Operations Manager will lead a team of sales support and administrative specialists responsible for day-to-day sales support functions, client monitoring, and supporting large and complex client go-lives.   This role provides sales operations support to the field sales team and runs internal calls to support client onboarding and retention efforts post-client conversions. The manager is also required to lead client-facing Webex and sometimes in-person meetings to support onboarding, retention, and jeopardy resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Sales Operations Support Representatives.

Oversee large and complex client go-lives, ensuring smooth transitions and successful implementations.

Provide sales operations support to the field sales team, assisting with various administrative and operational tasks.

Conduct internal calls to support client onboarding and retention efforts post-client conversions.

Lead client-facing Webex and in-person meetings to support onboarding, retention, and jeopardy resolutions.

Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.

Develop and implement strategies to improve sales operations processes and efficiency.

Monitor team performance and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.

Requirements

Minimum High School Diploma, Bachelors' Degree preferred

At least 3 years' experience working in a sales ops, client support or client resolution role.

Prior experience leading and managing a team of Sales Operations Support Representatives.

Proficient using MS Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
