Sales Operations Principal - Processes

As a Sales Operations Principal here at Honeywell, you will be a strategic leader driving transformative initiatives to optimize our sales operations and elevate our overall sales strategy. Your role will involve leading and overseeing advanced initiatives to enhance processes, drive efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the sales organization. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in implementing cutting-edge practices and ensuring our sales team operates at the pinnacle of excellence.\n\nYou will report directly to our Sales Operations Manager and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, North Carolina location on a hybrid work schedule.\n\nIn this role, you will impact the company by streamlining sales processes, improving efficiency, and driving revenue growth. You will have the opportunity to lead and implement innovative strategies that will optimize our sales operations and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

This role can be based out of any Honeywell HUB in the USA (Hybrid)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the development and implementation of sales excellence strategies and initiatives\n

• Design and optimize sales processes, methodologies, and tools to drive sales performance and efficiency\n

• Provide expert guidance and support to the sales team in achieving their targets and objectives\n

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address sales process gaps and opportunities\n

• Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement\n

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales excellence


YOU MUST HAVE
• 6+ years of transferrable experience\n

• Proven experience in sales excellence or sales operations roles\n

• Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools\n

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills\n

• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams\n

• Strong leadership and motivational skills\n

• Experience in driving sales transformation initiatives

WE VALUE
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field\n

• Additional certifications in sales or sales excellence is a plus\n

• Passion for driving sales excellence and achieving business objectives\n

• Ability to lead and inspire a team towards success\n
