Job Title: Sales Operations Project Manager
Location: ADS Headquarters, Virginia Beach (Hybrid)
ADS is seeking a talented and experienced Sales Operations Project Manager to join our dynamic Sales team. In this role, you will report directly to the Sales Operations Manager and be responsible for executing strategies that align with ADS Sales goals.
Responsibilities
Sales strategy: Develops and implements sales strategies to increase revenue and grow the customer base. Project Planning and Execution: Creates project plans to support execution, schedules, budgets, and milestones, and assigns project roles and tasks. Resource Management: Allocates available resources effectively to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget. Assign available resources to areas where support is required for goal achievement. Lead and manage resources during assignments / as needed. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication, providing updates on project progress, milestones, and potential risks. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to project timelines and objectives. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation to track project performance and outcomes.Desired Skills & Experience
