**Position Summary**
The Sales Operations Senior Analyst is responsible for managing processes associated with sales enablement tools and supporting project deliverables associated with enhancing those tools. The position involves, but not limited to:
-- Working with project managers, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts across multiple functional areas to define overall application requirements and design considerations; may act as a Project Manager for lower complexity projects
-- Mapping and improving processes within application capabilities as required
-- Creating and leading User Acceptance Testing
-- Utilizing analysis and data management tools to ensure data integrity within sales applications
-- Developing and/or maintaining operational decision support tools including executive dashboards and reports
-- Facilitating and/or recording trainings; producing concise communications and/or learning materials for process and system change management
-- Supporting end user requests and troubleshooting issues that come in from the “Sales Support” case queue or directly; providing coaching and guidance to enable end user success
**Required Qualifications**
4+ years of relevant experience that includes: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a position required to do problem analysis, data analysis, and creative solutions. A minimum of 2 years’ of project management exposure.
-- Proven ability to deliver high quality project work and/or solution delivery that satisfies stakeholder expectations and meets scope, schedule and cost considerations
-- Exceptional time management with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines
-- History of focusing on customer needs and providing outstanding service
-- Aptitude to identify, assess and resolve complex business problems/issue/risks and facilitate issue resolution and risk mitigation
-- Effective interaction with all levels of management
-- High level of proficiency with employee productivity tools including, but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Web meeting applications
-- Professional communications creation
-- Formal training creation and delivery
**Preferred Qualifications**
-- Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience
-- Salesforce reporting/dashboard creation experience
-- Data analysis and data integrity experience
-- 2+ years Sales Operations experience
-- Familiarity with project management processes and tools
-- Familiarity with process mapping, process improvement, and root cause analysis concepts
-- Experience with web design/HTML
**Education**
-- High school degree/GED required
-- Preferred is Bachelor degree; work experience may substitute
-- Coursework / training in project management, process improvement, analytics tools, and/or Salesforce.com desirable
**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $91,800.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
