Position Summary:
The Client Application Training Team Senior Analyst is responsible for managing the activities associated with training clients in the various applications the team supports including but not exclusive to Client Online Services (COS) tool, CAS – Clinical Authorization System, Client Center, eTools, OnDemand, RxNavigator, iMRD, M3P, and MyPBM. This role involves using a consultative approach to ensure client needs are understood and incorporated into training plans. The position may assist with creating and maintaining training job aids, reference documents, and self-pace videos, ensuring that any tool enhancements are incorporated in a timely manner. The position will also help to ensure statistics from all training sessions are captured and tracked weekly.
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:
· Provide Client Application Training for the various applications the team supports. This includes monitoring team tasks for training requests to ensure timely outreach to the Account Manager and/or Implementation Manager.
· Prepare for and present online courses and coaching activities, both on-site and virtual instructional-led training; record instructional tutorials and presentations.
· Create and/or update user guides, tutorials, and PowerPoint presentations.
· Update training materials, user manuals, and position checklists.
· Review and update recorded trainings to ensure all enhancements are incorporated using tools like Camtasia or Articulate.
· Weekly updates to the training tracker and attendance tracker to document clients being trained, users in attendance, and any action items from the trainings.
· Weekly test of the training IDs in CTE to ensure they function properly and resolve any issues with the COS training SME.
· Provide back-up support on the various Client Training Tools the team supports.
· Assist with reviewing other tool training, surveys, communications, etc., to support the rest of the team.
Required Qualifications:
· Minimum 4+ years in corporate training within the healthcare industry or related field.
· Exceptional presentation skills, ability to convey technical content to audiences of all capabilities.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively deal with internal colleagues at all levels within the organization.
· Interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a professional and positive manner.
· Solid time management skills, extraordinary team focus, and customer orientation.
· Ability to meet deadlines with multiple competing priorities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, in addition to other various applications.
· Preferred Qualifications:
· Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience.
· 2+ years of client-facing and training experience.
· Familiarity with Salesforce, Operations, and training.
· Essential Qualifications and Functions:
· 2+ years of relevant experience that includes a minimum of 1 year in a position that requires conducting client-facing trainings and support.
· Ability to follow documented processes, offering suggestions to improve those processes and teach peers on those updated processes.
· History of focusing on customer needs, providing training, and providing outstanding service.
· Effective communication skills (written/verbal) needed when working with clients and colleagues at all levels of the organization to support requests.
· Ability to escalate issues to leaders or others to ensure timely and accurate resolution to issues.
· Understanding and use of productivity tools including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint), web meeting applications, and learning management tools.
· Operations experience with concepts such as queue management, turnaround times, and data analysis.
Education:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
· Coursework/training in instructional design or related field desirable.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
