Sales Operations Specialist
About This Role Position Overview: The Sales Operations Specialist plays a key role in supporting CAE’s aviation training sales team by optimizing processes, managing data, and driving operational efficiency. This position serves as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, functional groups, and channels, ensuring alignment and effectiveness across all customer experience and enablement initiatives. Based in Dallas, the role is essential for facilitating seamless sales operations, ensuring that both internal teams and customers have the tools and insights they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities: Sales Data & Reporting Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics in Salesforce to support sales, customer experience, marketing, and corporate initiatives. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of key sales metrics. Customer Experience Expertise Serve as the subject matter expert on processes, content, and procedures related to customer experience and sales enablement, helping to improve the overall customer journey. Process Improvement & Strategy DevelopmentAssist in planning, developing, and implementing best practices, system improvements, and strategies to enhance communication, collaboration, and operational efficiency across sales teams. Collaboration & Metrics Reporting Work closely with key stakeholders to provide critical metrics (KPIs) that drive proactive coaching, team communication, and voice-of-the-customer insights, improving sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction. Onboarding & TrainingLead the onboarding and training of new team members who directly interact with customers, ensuring they are well-equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed in their roles. Qualifications: + Education: Bachelor’s degree required + Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in sales operations, customer experience, or a related field, preferably within the aviation or training industry + Skills: + Strong proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools + Excellent analytical and reporting skills + Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams + Strong communication and process improvement skills This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the success of CAE's aviation training division.
